Load 'Alternate Start - Infinite Answer' last #16. It works well and gives you an area in the beginning to further customize/outfit your character if you so desire. Unless it's been fixed the character creation for the female SS is a little wonky.
Infinite Answer gives you vanilla perks if you choose the setups that the author has provided for free that compliment the character.
